J'ai récemment utilisé une eSIM des États-Unis de simoptions.com pour mon voyage aux États-Unis et je suis ravi de mon choix. Le processus d'activation a été fluide et le service client était excellent. La couverture réseau est excellente et je n'ai jamais connu de coupures ou de ralentissements d'Internet. J'apprécie la commodité de ne pas avoir à transporter une carte SIM physique et de pouvoir facilement passer d'un appareil à l'autre.

Leur eSIM m'a été recommandée par un ami, je l'ai essayée à Istanbul et elle valait chaque centime. Le seul inconvénient était que l'eSIM que j'ai achetée est uniquement pour les données, mais je pouvais toujours utiliser mon WhatsApp sans aucun problème.

J'ai acheté une eSIM pour mon voyage solo en Italie, Simoptions propose un énorme forfait de données pour l'Italie, c'est la raison pour laquelle j'ai acheté sur leur site. Je n'ai pas été déçu par le service.

J'ai acheté 3 eSIMs pour l'Italie pour ma famille et moi, la couverture était excellente à Rome et à Milan, et le forfait de données de 20 Go était plus que suffisant pour un voyage de 2 semaines.

J'ai acheté une eSIM pour Taïwan pour mon voyage d'affaires. Le forfait est abordable et fonctionne parfaitement bien à Taipei.

Je voyage souvent à Singapour depuis la Malaisie. J'ai fait la transition vers l'eSIM il y a 6 mois avec Simoptions. Excellent service et beaucoup plus pratique.

The eSIM worked well once I finally figured out how to install it correctly. SIMoptions should have step-by-step instructions for each phone on how to get the eSIM set up. They should also have steps on how to disable and delete it at the end of the contract so that a customer can seamlessly revert to their regular cellular data plan. I had seven days of no service upon returning from my international trip.

Used an eSIM for Europe, data only, very easy to use, I used it twice. The second time there was an issue installing in my phone. However, I used the chat feature and found the most helpful customer service and my issue was resolved. I would recommend to anyone. Top Quality.

Très facile à utiliser. Je n'ai eu aucun problème de connexion en Allemagne, en Italie ou en France. Il aurait été agréable de pouvoir ajouter des jours à la carte plutôt que d'avoir à en acheter 2 car j'en avais besoin pour 21 jours. Toujours moins cher que le service de mon fournisseur.

Easy process and good value - helpful staff on chat

I’m using overseas. It took a few days to be able to get it to load onto my phone. However, once loaded, it has worked flawlessly. I’m very pleased with the product. I would recommend it to anyone traveling out of the US. Maybe have it loaded and ready to go before you leave.

Vacation phone in France for two weeks. I would recommend to family. It worked fine. I had only one problem. On my iPhone I could never see my France phone number. I had to learn it from calling my daughter and she could see the call. It seemed to install oddly, but, of course, that may have been me doing something wrong. However, I would share the blame with the instructions.

The actual product is fine with prompt delivery and fair pricing. However, after courier costs and duties & taxes the total cost was 3 times the cost of the card. If it's possible, add a mail delivery option...

**: Easy to purchase and setup. Amount of data/price ratio is one of the best in the market. Cons: Coverage was poor for me. I didn't have any service half the time while traveling from Zurich to Bad Ragaz and when I did it was 3G. I was surprised to see 3G was still a thing! Overall I'd but it again cause of price and ease of use. Would be nice if there was an app to use with it ie data usage, topping up etc.

A great product for a short trip, I was in europe for 2 weeks and this worked out really well for me. My only complaint is that on the last 3 days of my plan, it would cut out and I would have to restart my phone - might be an issue on my end or an issue with the reception in Rome. Overall, would recommend this plan, travelled through 3 countries and didn’t have an issue

I used my e-sim card while I was in Toronto. It worked perfectly. I had internet all over GTA area. At nights I was able to watch Netflix and other social media services uninterrupted. I recommend your company to everybody and will continue using e-sim cards for my travels.

Super easy process to activate and use.

Used it for a trip abroad. I installed on on the airport free wifi upon arrival. It worked perfectly until my departure. nothing to say on the product quality

It worked fine sometimes, but not 100% consistently. Had issues texting android phones and occasionally Apple phones. Calls were fine. Glad to have the service, but wish it was more streamlined.

I haven't used the product yet .As soon as I can ,I will give my opinion about it . The end of the card will be dated on 13th February.

Great service for getting an eSIM and good, fast customer support . Only feedback is that O2 removes your existing data when you recharge, which made it difficult while traveling.

J'ai acheté quelques eSIMs de Simoptions pour mes voyage d'affaires, l'eSIM pour l'Argentine n'a pas dérogé à leur service parfait. Il a fonctionné pendant tout mon voyage de 7 jours et les 6 Go étaient plus que suffisants.

L'eSIM Islande est idéale, fini le changement de SIM. Juste attention à ce que votre téléphone supporte l'eSIM.

La couverture réseau était excellente avec l'eSIM Bouygues et je n'ai pas connu d'appels manqués ni de vitesses Internet lentes. Très pratique à installer et à ne pas avoir à changer avec de nouvelles cartes SIM physiques.

I recently travelled from Canada to Portugal, I chose the Portugal esim card but received a French number which was fine. The instructions could have been better, what was written wasnt was showing on my phone but the process was simple. The quality was great, worked as expected.
