Using the e-SIM for mobile data while touring Europe
Been using it everyday while traveling. It’s been great for internet. I have been unable to send SMS outside of Europe so I have 200 unused messages because they wouldn’t send. I would have used them if possible. Hadn’t tried calling outside Europe because I feared the same problem would arise.
It worked for text and phone but wouldn't send photos over text.

First time using eSim on two different phones, Android/ios. The latter installed according to provide PDF for iPhone. The android did not match directions as it was a Google Pixel 6 model. The Orange tech team worked with me for hours. Ultimately it was installed and work as described. Thank you Tech team! The two phones together early use 4 gb and it was needed as we could not access the internet. I would recommend this for traveling in the EU. *** R
I was travelling in Spain and Portugal and the eSim worked perfectly. I could always be connected. I reccomend this eSim when travelling!!!
Used for a recent trip to Europe. Would recommend to anyone traveling for a shorter ** of time. Would have preferred if the time limit was longer than 14 days.
J'ai utilisé leurs eSIMs à la fois à Singapour et en Indonésie. cela a très bien fonctionné les deux fois et facile à installer sur mon iPhone 13.
The product exceeded my expectations. I was able to maintain contact from almost anywhere in Europe to people all over the world using Gmail, WhatsApp and other internet based platforms without changing a Sim Card or having Data Roaming charges. All just for a few cents per day. The way of the future!

I did email asking how to check my credit balance and also how to recharge but never heard anything could you please help.
I use it as a data *** in a second phone when travelling abroad - for anonymity and to avoid costly Swiss roaming charges.

I had trouble using iMessage (Apple) with the e-sim... I was led to believe that I would be able to continue using it, but it was really not possible.
i really don’t know how to rate the product. I did not know how to track it to see if it was working or not! I guess i’ll find out when i get my bill for my primary cell phone bill!

Used it to access data on my phone. I would recommend to anyone visiting Europe. Excellent quality. It did everything I expected.
My friend and I both got *** eSim. She couldn’t get hers to work when she landed in Iceland and *** flat out refused to help us unless we spoke in French, which we cannot. Her purchase was a waste of money - she had to buy a physical *** from Vodafone. My *** eSim worked but often I didn’t have coverage and she did.
L'eSIM a très bien fonctionné pendant mon voyage en Asie. (6 pays différents) Beaucoup moins cher que d'acheter des cartes SIM locales dans chaque pays.
I was absolutely delighted by this eSim card for Germany. It saved me probably *** (CAD) over the course of the month that I used it. I had a little technical wobble getting it installed and started — I’m not a tech-savvy person — but your help desk sorted out the problem very quickly. Enthusiastic five-star rating from me!

Cette eSIM pour la Thaïlande m'a littéralement sauvé la vie pendant mon voyage en Thaïlande ! Les données illimitées m'ont permis de rester connecté avec mes proches, de me repérer dans les rues animées de Bangkok et de partager des photos de couchers de soleil à couper le souffle depuis les îles Phi Phi. Je recommande fortement cette eSIM à toute personne voyageant en Thaïlande ! Elle était également super abordable, 9,9 dollars US pour 8 jours.
J'ai acheté l'eSIM de 30 Go pour la Turquie, j'ai eu du signal 4G pendant tout le voyage. Je vais certainement utiliser à nouveau l'eSIM pour mes futurs voyages.

I’m not very tech savvy so I might not be the best person to ask. I did have some problems with one phone but the support staff were very helpful and explained my difficulty setting up the phone. The first phone set up went smoothly. I wanted data for gps maps to get around cities. This worked out well. I couldn’t get access to my apps but that was probably due to my lack of tech skills. This was a moderate inconvenience.

Fantastic easy to use. Don't forget to power on and off your phone on arrival so that your phone resets and picks up the e***. Also I recommend you turn off your roaming etc on your original *** as my home provider was defaulting me to them. Highly recommend using e*** when travelling abroad.
There was initially an issue where there was apparently a backorder of what I had ordered. It was swiftly taken care of - they reached out to find out when I was travelling and got an upgraded product to me in time for my travels. Product worked perfectly - in each country.
I did used in two different countries in the same trip and was totally perfect without problems of conection. I totally recomend it and I will use it when travelling again. Thanks
I had a problem activating my account when I first landed in Europe, it prevented me from accessing cell service for quite a while. It turned out I had forgotten that I had not set a new pin code (different from the *** and therefore tried several four digit pins that I use for other services, therefore locking me out. I sent an email to you asking what to do next, and never got an answer , although one answer came way too late and wasnt helpful. Ultimately all I did was turn off the cell service and turn it on again, which gave me access to put in the *** An FAQ on that situation wouldve been extremely helpful. Subsequent to that, everything worked out fine
The Three *** is an excellent value for money choice. Network worked well during all the stay. And the data package was more than sufficient for me
We were visiting France and needed to get in touch with the friends meeting us and this SIM card worked perfectly. It was very easy to install and gave us plenty of data for the 2 weeks that we traveled.

I traveled to France for a couple of weeks. The product worked perfectly. The moment I landed in France my esim started working. I got full coverage and was able to use both data and phone line services. I'd recommend it to anyone having a short stay in Europe who needs to be connected.
Top up feature for *** Holiday account is flawed as there was no automatic follow-up after the transaction had been processed. The actual top-up had to go through an escalation team to add the data to the account. Further, the transaction window appears different and does not accept PayPal whereas the initial purchase of the SIM card did. This difference in payment processors made me question the legitimacy of the second transaction and *** as a company.
J'étais dubitatif à l'idée d'utiliser une eSIM, mais leur support client a dissipé tous mes doutes, j'ai acheté leur eSIM pour la Grèce et le signal était excellent partout en Grèce et à Santorin.
The product arrived very quickly and was super easy to install! Worked right away and I had no issues using it or getting service while traveling around Italy. My family was envious and we will definitely all be using this service when we travel to the EU again!
The SIM card worked for one day and would not allow me to connect to cellular data. I had 8.8 GB left that I was unable to use. I tried contacting tech support but I never received a reply. Luckily I had maps.me to help navigate otherwise I would have been lost in Italy. The installation of the eSim card was easy. It’s unfortunate I was unable to use the data.
I used this *** in France and it worked perfectly! It was very easy to install and it had great coverage all around France
We found the access to Canadian data useful. We are customers in the United States and did not want to pay for international service. We did find some difficulties using the data at some locations. We wonder if it was because the phone was competing for wi-fi?
I wish I knew that a *** needed to be active to activate the e***. If I would have known this I would have activated the w*** before leaving home to avoid roaming charges.

I have been in Italy for 4 days - I put in the SIM in the US just before leaving for Italy. I have unlimited talk and text and 10 GB data. I have used almost a MB of data but cannot get data most of the time so maps does not work which was primary reason to purchase. Also tried to place call from Milan to Lake Como and it did not go through. I feel like I wasted my money,
