What they think about eSIM and SimOptions
**: Easy to purchase and setup. Amount of data/price ratio is one of the best in the market. Cons: Coverage was poor for me. I didn't have any service half the time while traveling from Zurich to Bad Ragaz and when I did it was 3G. I was surprised to see 3G was still a thing! Overall I'd but it again cause of price and ease of use. Would be nice if there was an app to use with it ie data usage, topping up etc.
A great product for a short trip, I was in europe for 2 weeks and this worked out really well for me. My only complaint is that on the last 3 days of my plan, it would cut out and I would have to restart my phone - might be an issue on my end or an issue with the reception in Rome. Overall, would recommend this plan, travelled through 3 countries and didn’t have an issue
Easy
Easy to set up and use
Cheap and reliable way to get internet in Greece, i bought this esim right after landing in Athens, big data package and affordable. Overall a great experience
- sorry - haven't used them yet. Bought for europe in the spring. Shopping experience was easy and good.
I used my e-sim card while I was in Toronto. It worked perfectly. I had internet all over GTA area. At nights I was able to watch Netflix and other social media services uninterrupted. I recommend your company to everybody and will continue using e-sim cards for my travels.

3rd time using the qatar esim. I buy one every time I come to Doha. So far so good, and great customer support
I bought my eSim before my vacations in Europe and when I got there it worked perfect! Great product, I recommend it!
Super easy process to activate and use.
Used it for a trip abroad. I installed on on the airport free wifi upon arrival. It worked perfectly until my departure. nothing to say on the product quality
It worked fine sometimes, but not 100% consistently. Had issues texting android phones and occasionally Apple phones. Calls were fine. Glad to have the service, but wish it was more streamlined.
I haven't used the product yet .As soon as I can ,I will give my opinion about it . The end of the card will be dated on 13th February.
Excellent product. Easy to install (took me less than 2 minutes). Then once installed, it works immediately. i am really satisfied
This eSIM worked great. offers a wide coverage. Exactly what i needed since i visited several countries in south america during my stay
Very simple and affordable way to get internet in hong kong. Purchased the esim from their website and installed in a couple minutes.
I used the eSIM in 2 countries in Europe and it worked continuously without any problems. Anyone traveling or on a business trip abroad, Easy to install and works without problems
I switched from pocket wifi to esim for this trip to Japan, it is much more convenient and easy to use. You receive your esim by email and simply scan the QR code to install it
Great service for getting an eSIM and good, fast customer support . Only feedback is that O2 removes your existing data when you recharge, which made it difficult while traveling.
the esim card that I bought worked well but I think it's a bit of an ** to say that there are unlimited sms when they are deducted from the credit
Love the e-sim option. Had strictly no issues using it. So user friendly. Would highly recommend it.
Tessted the esim all over Korea. It picks up easily between available network based on your locations and also very easy to install once you know what you are doing.
*** worked perfectly for travel to Hungary. Seems it will work all over europe. Super easy and cheap way to make sure you have data access while traveling.
Purchased a few esims from simoptions for my business trip, the e sim for argentina was no exception to their perfect service. It worked throughout my 7 days trip and the 6Gb was more than enough.
The esim iceland is ideal , no more sim swapping. Just be careful that your phone supports esim.
Anyone who is travelling to Europe should subscribe to Sim Option. The eSim is easy to use and setup was a breeze
great
I used it in Germany and Hungary. Installation and activation was very easy, and worked immediately. Recomendable for any Euro-traveler that needs a data connection for applications like WhatsApp, Messenger, and GPS. It is of good quality and excellent price/value ratio.
I use the eSIM in Canada and USA.
None
I totally recommend the eSIM France from Simoptions.com to anyone in the market for a travel esim. The network coverage was excellent with the Bouygues esim and I haven't experienced any dropped calls or slow internet speeds. Very convenient to install and to not have to switch with a new physical sim cards.
Delivered what they promised to do. Easy purchase, easy installation. Reliable network. Renewable experience for sure.
Used the ESIM to travel to the US and it worked perfect. My connection was great. Even there are some apps that do not work.. the majority function just fine. Recommended! 100%
I recently travelled from Canada to Portugal, I chose the Portugal esim card but received a French number which was fine. The instructions could have been better, what was written wasnt was showing on my phone but the process was simple. The quality was great, worked as expected.
There is no good reception signal In tignes
I totally recommend this product, I used it during my visit to Europe, and it works in every single country that I visited.
Product was easy to buy and easy to use. Network connections were reliable.and fast.
Great!!
Top notch eSIM for the USA! eSIMs have simply become too convenient to utilize in place of traditional SIM cards in modern times. The us eSIM functioned flawlessly. For my upcoming trip to Germany, I'll most sure purchase this service once more.
Service was exactly as offered and very reliable!
>> for business and leisure travels overseas. >> to my friends and colleagues. >> ease of use. However, it will be nice if we can track our usage.
Good overview of available eSim plans.
Very easy to purchase and install eSim. Could use some instruction updates to reflect the latest iOS.
This was excellent product to use in Europe
This is e sim for HK was great, I was able to quickly set it up on my samsung. Network coverage was great ( averaging 155 Mbps download speed)
I really liked the products
Easy and simple
easy and works fine
I recently purchased an E*** for use in Vietnam. I downloaded the E*** prior to leaving the US per the instructions supplied and did not activate until I arrived there. Once I turned it on and set my primary *** to the E*** it activated immediately. I had great coverage in the Hanoi , *** *** and *** Long Bay areas. If your phone is capable of using and E*** I would recommend this product as you only have to carry one phone and do not need to swap out your existing *** meaning calls can come through on it as well.
Purchased for Europe trip. Worked amazing, will definitely use again!
Total game changer, if your phone is supporting esim, I definitely advise any traveler to get esim for their trip to Qatar.
We own and operate a tour company and have purchased sim cards in bulk from you in the past. Unfortunately the sim cards I just ordered were way to expensive due to the high shipping cost and customs charges. So we will purchase from Amazon moving forward.
The product itself was overall very good. Some of the disadvantages were: - The network seemed to fail in a few spots in New York City, which was odd; - No tethering was allowed. Even though this is specified in the product webpage, I believe that info should pop in a more clear way.
To call from Italy to the USA to check in with the wife. Also Google serching and Google earth
Worked as designed and *** allowed me to make a test-phone-call-dial on top of pure-data. However the coverage was spotty despite using it on major 403 highway in Toronto-Burlington area
I may have misinterpreted features, the product was easy to install , and good value , had it worked, but did not work at all in US, where I was . It did work in Europe though. My mistake , I purchased it after looking for the best e-SIM to use in the States . In Europe it worked properly .
First time using an e-sim for my trip Thailand, no more sim card swapping when landing in a new country. This eSIM also provided great signal all over Bangkok and Phuket
Ask me later
All went well. They sent me my eSIM for New Zealand quickly, and with the necessary information.
