Easy to install amd worked without a hitch during my trip
The eSIM was easy to download and install and worked fine upon arrival in my destination country. I only wish the amount of remaining data could be checked on the app.

Bought esim from SimOptions. Did not work when i got to Portugal. Emailed them and they issued a complete refund.

Second time we are using this company. Quick installation, good price and good service throughout Iceland. Only item to mention is that if you purchase the esim on the website on your computer, that esim will not show up in the app. That is one thing we did not like very much. but otherwise the coverage and speeds were useful for our purposes while exploring Iceland.

I bought an eSIM via SIMOptions and all went well! Good and prompt Customer service, available to help through my issues. I couldn´t register my eSIM for Orange, and wasn´t able to top up. Invalid MMI Code or SIM not found in DBF. Otherwise very happy up to now for a 30 day eSIM with Data and Calls for such a low price.

Very easy to use. I prefer to purchase eSims from a web browser since I can purchase an eSim for data AND voice. The versions in the app are for data only. I think overall the process is very easy. It's important to not activate the eSim until you are in your destination region since you don't want the clock to start ticking too early. The only catch is that two years ago we received text messages from Bouygues Telecom telling us that we had to go through a registration process with them to be legal. We went to a Bouygues Telecom in France and they told us not to worry so we're crossing our fingers that this is ok again.
Very easy to use and unlike some other providers do not have hidden limits on hot-spotting. Used in Sri Lanka last year and using will shortly be using again in Peru.

SimOptions gives plenty of choices for eSIM data along with phone number for certain countries. The eSIM is reliable and straight forward to set up. The price is competitive with other eSIM services out there. There is also a function to track your usage but only on the app.
