My Esim experience is amazing works like a normal sim you cant tell the difference if its physical or not. you can call send/receive sms like normal and get 4G+ DATA with special deals for the holidays

I am using this esim in Europe. When I arrived at London it started to work, and it works well. The only issue I had was getting access to my data usage information. In the end, after trying to get through the Bouygues website and not being able to establish a sign-on because the website would not recognise my ** address etc. I emailled SimOptions support to find out how to establish a log-on to read my usage information and Billy replied almost immediately with the information - the address and Department of birth , and and it worked. (** law requires sim users to establish their identity). I was very happy with the manner in which my issue was dealt with. Highly recommended.

Got the esim for an Apple phone. After just a little adjustment from Settings, , got it to work as soon as we arrived in Italy. We had plenty of bytes for our whole trip. When we got back, just made some adjustments from settings to get our old service working again. There were a few messages sent by Bouygues that we had been advised to ignore. Overall, worked fine with few problems.

The product worked very well. I installed the e-sim on my device at home, and when I got to Europe, I enabled it, and in about 20 minutes the phone had been enabled on the Boygues network for data, texting, and calling. It worked well through Germany and Italy where we travelled to.

I used it in a recent trip to Italy I'd recommend it to anyone. Excellent, first class. Worked perfectly. My only suggestion is that the messages that are sent be also in English. It'd help the user and since you market this product to clients outside France it'd be only logic that messages were also in English (in spite of how beautiful the French language is, off course!)

Ready to use upon arrival, worked as expected, and good data speeds most of the time. Setup was a little rough, requiring manual entry of several fields deep in the menus.

I tried the ESim on our recent trip to France. Easy to use and made communicating on our trip so much easier. Not worrying about roaming or phone fees. Staying in contact with family, confirming bookings & searching for maps & info was such a relief & so easy. We still used wifi when available, but we were hiking & travelling in remote areas at times & the ESim gave us peace of mind & never let us down.

Travelling through Germany on vacation. I would recommend to anyone travelling Europe. Once it started working properly, it was fine. The installation instructions omitted or I missed the step to turn roaming on. Not everyone is tech savvy.

Used the esim for a recent trip to Ireland for basic calls and internet service. I would recommend it for anyone traveling abroad for instant and reliable connections. Originally I had an issue with the connection due to my phone setting. The customer service promptly replied and directed me through the steps that ultimately resolved my issue. The service was much better than I anticipated.
