What they think about eSIM and SimOptions
Took all off 5 minutes to setup on an Android phone. I found looking on the website showed more options than the app but this works for me. I travel often so found a quick, easy and well priced eSIM is great.
I PAYED BY MISTAKE - AND THE COMPANY FULLY REFUNDED ME. NEXT TIME - IM SURE I WILL BUY YOUR ECIM. THANK YOU
Lots of different SIM options, which allowed me to select the one that perfectly fit my trip. The purchase and installation process was quite simple.
My esim has been great once I realized I needed to turn on the roaming which took some google searching for troubleshooting. The simOptions website is not helpful for instructions or troubleshooting but once I got the options in my phone set correctly it has been great. I like the fact that I can get plans with different carriers through simOptions and was able to find on the texting and calling included.
Great service!
I was travelling for Singapore and was looking for an eSIM that's actually unlimited, not affected by FUP capping. And they are the only merchant that offer such option. Would definitely order from them on my next holiday (they offer SIMs for multiple countries)
So far my only experience is with the purchase and installation, which was competitive and extremely easy compared to other providers
Smooth experience using SimOptions. I was a bit hesitant to try out another provider, but glad I did, since it worked like a charm and it was more affordable.
It was very quick and easy, I am very pleased
Easy to install and use
Prompt service and easy to follow instructions Good value for money
New to eSIMs, but tired of the charges from carriers. I found SimOptions through a Google search, and after comparing to 5 other suppliers, decided to try them. Great options and great prices. Look easy to use. Will update after my trip to tell results.
Travel a few times a year overseas and use the esim to have something the second I land. Simoptions is easy to use and offers every country. Price is reasonable
Excellent.
I decided to try this new eSim at eSimoptions, where they gave me all the information and the service was excellent and immediate. I'm travelling and I'm going to start using it!
very simple buy for a all Country.
Everything very easy!
Easy to purchase and install
I decided to try out another ESim provider for my yearly trip to Europe: France and Spain. I used another one last year, but it was missing the feature of a local phone number. It is cheaper than the previous one, and has more data, from 10GB to 12 GB for 30-day validity. I will be using the service mid-June 2025. I will reconvene after my return.
I purchased an eSim from SimOptions after doing some research, they seemed to get the best ratings. I was not dissappointed. Really simple and excellent value for money.
Very simple to install! I had to innovate to scan the QR in my phone using my phone.
It was super fast and easy to get the esim on my phone. It worked perfectly straight after installed the QR code.
good product at great price
Chat person was excellent as I had some problems understanding how to.use it
It was decently priced and did its job.
Excellent SIM at a great price. Didn't need to worry about any hidden charges.
Very easy to download and activate. Will turn it on when I arrive at my destination tomorrow.
The SIM did exactly what it said it would. No hassle, easy to use and fantastic online customer service who were able to answer all my questions before I purchased the SIM. They told me exactly how to activate it. Cheapest SIM I could find, but reliable and no problems.
Very fast data and the most affordable eSIM I've used so far.
Really straight forward and simple way to set up. E-sim works great with my existing physical sim card setup.
Easy to proceed
Works very well and the best price i have found. With that said i was offered a free supplement sim to offer a review (which was originally 5 stars) and ironically i am now lowering my review because the coupon codes they give for a free sim do not work
Just used sim options for the first time for a visit to Egypt. I found the process easy and it is far cheaper than any other option available. Will definitely use again.
Great service
I purchased an eSim recently. The purchase was easy to do on the website & installation took only seconds. A question to support via email was answered almost immediately. I'll definitely use SimOptions again.
Simply and easy to use! Great service!
I used simoptions in the past to buy an esim card for Europe. I installed the esim in canada and when we arrived in France everything loaded up immediately and we even had our own phone number which is very useful when reserving hotels. Inernet speeds were excellent even in remote locations. I purchased another esim for this years travel to Europe.
Simple process to buy and install an eSim. Reasonable pricing.
Seamless experience
Good e sim, no complaints ;)
Quick and easy. Esim dtacThailand 15 days unlimited. Perfect
1USD/1GB for 24hr validity in each country around the world plan is amazing. You will get only on sim options. 100% recommend to download app and start using it.
I have bought my eSim from Canada before leaving to Europe and the installation on my Samsung S24+ was easy and everything seams to be fine. I still have to test it when I get to Europe.
The installation was very quick and easy, no problem at all and the e-sim works great. thank you so much
It is the best esim
Well you got back to me within 24 hours when I couldn’t get my eSIM to work
Having returned from my trip to the US, I can now confidently say that SIM Options was a great provider and made my life a lot easier whilst I was on the road (internet connectivity was very good in LA as well as NY). The app made it super easy to keep track of my current usage and to top-up when my current allowance was about to run out. Moreover, 5GB data for only $6.90 was way better than any other provider of data only eSIMs. Would happily recommend SimOptions if you are travelling to the US
Very convenient way to shop for various eSims. I haven’t used the eSIM yet as I don’t leave for a few more days. Great option for data, SMS and voice calls for the price.
Very happy with the quick support response. Thank you!
I bought a Europe eSim for England & Portugal from SimOptions, it was very easy to load and worked great for the 2 weeks in England & 2 weeks in Portugal. The Czech phone number I was given was useful but I would have preferred an England phone number.

Good and fast
SimOptions was easy to figure out - just make the purchase online, scan the QR code, and your eSIM is automatically set up and ready to go! Super easy to use in EU - I was travelling through multiple diff countries.
I bought an e-Sim from Bouygues for Europe with 30GB and unlimited minutes. Buying and installing it was easy. It seems to work too, just not in Switzerland. The description doesn't say that there are exceptions. You really have to check all 52 countries to see if the country you want is included. Hence one star off. The advertising for the offer says it's valid for Europe. And Switzerland is part of Europe, after all. You could be a bit more precise there.
easy , fast , clear
Very easy installation, clear and easy to understand.
Great service and quick and easy options to buy and activate eSIM in minutes . I would recommend to buy .
Everything went really smoothly, eSIM just worked as expected.
SimOptions E-sim have many options around the world, is really easy to purchase and set up. Also, affordable. Will recommend to all.
Amazing - had unlimited in Thailand- would recommend 💯
