It was my first experience with SimOptions and I was very pleased with the service and price per GB that I purchased. The instructions that I received were very clear and the installation process was easy, even if I had to be careful with the steps because they warn you that the eSIM can only be installed once. I found out later that there was an app available to track the remaining data on the eSIM, but it wasn't advertised in the instructions, so I just checked the data usage from my device.

I have used other esims until now and had a mixed experience. Some were overly complicated to install and some had poor coverage. This time was a much simpler install and so far the coverage has been excellent in Bangkok. Will definitely use again on my next trip.

This is the simplest process that I have encountered in a long time! Pick the data/calls/sms that you wish to have, check whether it can be used at your destination, select "purchase", pay, and Voila! The sim is sent to your email within one minute of purchasing. I had heard about this company from a friend who had used it for travel to Portugal. They were correct when they said it was the easiest and most efficient means of obtaining coverage. I yravel a lot and will use it again in a heartbeat!
