Godd choice of products at reasonable prices. It would help to know which networks the service runs on for the country/ies requested since coverage is not ubiquitous
Everything was very clear and quick. My only confusion was the use of the word activate instead of download since I don’t want to activate it until I’m ready to use it, but I want to have it installed.

Wide range of options meeting different needs are available on the website. All options are well-detailed. Easy to navigate and choose the option that suits me best. I've used it before, using it now, and will most likely use it again to buy e-sims for my short-term travel or long-term stay in Europe. Highly recommend!
The website is straight forward. It is easy to see your options and select what you need. Search the location where you are going and you will be given options. There are single country options and multi country options. Above all the e-sim works just as described and is easy. If you are traveling this is a lifesaver.

Order was easy but having some trouble calling numbers in France, although that was stated it was included in the plan of this eSIM! Currently I am in Spain. Maybe this could be the reason of the restriction.

The description and details were very clear, and made it very straightforwards to purchase an eSim. The information FAQs were very useful and informative, though it might be good to have one about what happens to your phone number when your credit expires.

It was easy and fast. It would be better if you offered more options for longer than 14 days. Even ones for longer than 28 or 30 days with data and calls and texts.

I recommend the product for an individual travelling, easy to set up and internet worked well. However I required to use the eSIM with a vpn for work which is why I needed the 15gb. Unfortunately, you are not permitted to use a vpn while using this product. Otherwise I was very happy with the purchase, note to self read the fine print or email their customer support to ask first, as they quickly responded.
After thirty minutes or so it worked ok for Italy France and Germany. It didn't work in Switzerland and this is probably my fault for not reading the country list more thoroughly
This is the only eSim service I've used now during our ** travels that lasted for 3 months and had no issues. The speeds can always be a it faster, but that is not under your control..Will definitely recommend as a reliable eSim service for travellers.
Almost unbelievabe how fast you get a new e-simcard. Will go to Malaysia tomorrow and I hope the new card does its job ;-)

Fantastic and easy to use. Instant delivery of eSIM directions. To improve, there was an issue with the PDF upon delivery. It was not showing up on my email client. I was eventually able to download the file but it wasn't recognized as a .pdf. So I had to force it to open with a PDF client. Other than that small hurdle (and it wasn't that much), everything was perfect!

I am using this esim in Europe. When I arrived at London it started to work, and it works well. The only issue I had was getting access to my data usage information. In the end, after trying to get through the Bouygues website and not being able to establish a sign-on because the website would not recognise my ** address etc. I emailled SimOptions support to find out how to establish a log-on to read my usage information and Billy replied almost immediately with the information - the address and Department of birth , and and it worked. (** law requires sim users to establish their identity). I was very happy with the manner in which my issue was dealt with. Highly recommended.
Got the esim for an Apple phone. After just a little adjustment from Settings, , got it to work as soon as we arrived in Italy. We had plenty of bytes for our whole trip. When we got back, just made some adjustments from settings to get our old service working again. There were a few messages sent by Bouygues that we had been advised to ignore. Overall, worked fine with few problems.
Easy to install and it activated immediately when I turned off airplane mode. No issues with connectivity or data speed.
It was good for local calls - however - the data usage was inconsistent when trying to access google maps.
The product worked very well. I installed the e-sim on my device at home, and when I got to Europe, I enabled it, and in about 20 minutes the phone had been enabled on the Boygues network for data, texting, and calling. It worked well through Germany and Italy where we travelled to.
I used it in a recent trip to Italy I'd recommend it to anyone. Excellent, first class. Worked perfectly. My only suggestion is that the messages that are sent be also in English. It'd help the user and since you market this product to clients outside France it'd be only logic that messages were also in English (in spite of how beautiful the French language is, off course!)
Ready to use upon arrival, worked as expected, and good data speeds most of the time. Setup was a little rough, requiring manual entry of several fields deep in the menus.
I tried the ESim on our recent trip to France. Easy to use and made communicating on our trip so much easier. Not worrying about roaming or phone fees. Staying in contact with family, confirming bookings & searching for maps & info was such a relief & so easy. We still used wifi when available, but we were hiking & travelling in remote areas at times & the ESim gave us peace of mind & never let us down.
Travelling through Germany on vacation. I would recommend to anyone travelling Europe. Once it started working properly, it was fine. The installation instructions omitted or I missed the step to turn roaming on. Not everyone is tech savvy.
Used the esim for a recent trip to Ireland for basic calls and internet service. I would recommend it for anyone traveling abroad for instant and reliable connections. Originally I had an issue with the connection due to my phone setting. The customer service promptly replied and directed me through the steps that ultimately resolved my issue. The service was much better than I anticipated.

Was good for travels in France. Sometimes got confused with texting people outside europe. Great for data. If you need to call within France, have to dial 00 before any phone number which wasn’t clear.
Was easy to purchase. I didnt "install" it until the day we were leaving for Europe (Iceland first stop). When we landed in Iceland it picked up the signal instantly, then when we arrived in Germany it too picked up the signal right away. Worked flawlessly throughout our time in Berlin. Great product.

Mostly very good…..there were a few hiccups when we couldn’t connect and make phone calls in certain areas, but the data connections were very reliable and effective.

The telephone service is excellent everywhere in Hungary and in the Czech Republic. I will never buy physical SIM card again. the eSIM is most practical.
