Easy to use and easy to choose an eSim following recommendations, install instructions were easy to follow. Help desk quick to answer any questions I had. Would recommend and definitely would use again in the future.
Websight is great but my most suited plans were only 14 days, I needed at least 21 days
I liked I could easily see all the eSim available for traveling. I would have liked to have a filter to list those items that are valid for 15 days or for 30 days so I could compare them easily and not go through all the list trying to find similar items and then compare them. An even better feature would be to have a table showing all the options for each eSim so they can be compared quickly and make the buying process quicker.
Would be helpful to be able to search/filter by options such as whether includes SMS, supports 5G, etc. If there was a filter capability for this I could not find it.
easy to find the perfect plan : it's clear which options are included (data, calls, sms, duration), and it's in increasing order of pricing. The additional information for each option can be opened if needed (for instance to verify the countries covered) but doesn't overload the page when unopened.
I think it's a great service, but I find it strange that the options on the website are different to the options on the app. And also frustrating that cards purchased on the web don't show up in my account on the the app. It wouldn't stop me using the service again, just my feedback :)
The CHAT option was good, however, it took a few minutes to receive an answer. The information was clear and appears to answer all of my concerns. Looking forward to how the eSIM works.
Hard for me to figure out initially. Wanted 100GB’s but they only had those for 28 days so just got 14 day one.
Web site was really quick and efficient with all the information I needed. I will have to wait to see how installation and actual use of the e-sim works for my phone.

This site is easy to use and gives complete details on what is purchased. I have used this same company for my esim while traveling in Europe for several months. When I have a question they are responsive and helpful. Many options are available and something is available for anyone.
All good, but you should clearly display the currency. I'm shopping from Canada and it took some time for me to figure out whether the prices were quoted in CAD or USD.
Each plan is explained in detail, whatever you want to know about the plan is there, GB, countries , what it includes and what it doesn't. Easy to navigate through.

Would be useful to add « USD » after prices: coming from Canada, I’ve only realized at the end it was not my currency :( Information about top ups is not always accurate: I had an offer from O2 at the end of my deal even if the Simoptions website indicated there was none.

I had many questions as a first-time user of eSim cards and they were all answered promptly; I was reassured and decided to take the leap!
I like it provided the option to change languages to better understand the options. The plan is also good value for the money as it offers calls and data in excess of what's offered by other providers. The checkout process was smooth and didn't see any issues. It was a bit ** to find compared to other options.
I’ve used the Orange eSIM for 3 trips to Europe and it is fantastic! Much cheaper than paying $10 a day to use my US mobile phone plan

Very Clear and Super easy site to purchase the e-sim for Europe travel. No hidden charge or service fee from. And have pretty different carriers options to pick the right e-sim before the trip.
It was good to navigate. I wish there were more options that provided more mins to call back home outside of Europe.

everything works fine. i order back in april 24 through may 2nd a 3GB card for under $10 and this will be my second time to use. i put them on my phone before i fly to europe and they seem to work when i land. everything seems to work well and i am happy. I am a repeat customer at this point in time

Straight forward. Purchased based on 30 days traveling and this NZ *** covers for AUS as well so it’s nice I don’t have to purchase 2 different eSims
I bought an eSIM from simoptions before I unlocked my phone, so I decided to try to get a refund instead of unlocking my phone. They refunded within a couple of days, no problems there. I decided to unlock my phone, so I bought a plan from SIMoptions and they made it all very fast and easy to setup! 10/10 would recommend for anyone traveling to Europe!
Nice layout, options were explained well, as was the process for installing the e-sim. I don't travel until tomorrow but I was able to set it up today, so that I will have the service I need as soon as I hit the ground at my destination. No more fumbling about with physical sim cards. The thing to do would be to ask me again in a month, after my trip.

Try out different data packages but I am very happy with my first experience. Got another one for Canada, first one was for the UK and it worked well.

Generally good. I just had to confirm the 50GB is an esim, as it was not 100% clear in the details - and not many providers have 60days esim.

The website isn't the most important thing. It is the trust that I've used SimOptions in the past and they have worked and are legitimate. That is the most important thing to me.

The product selection and purchase was smooth and easy! I would have liked to have had more short-duration options for 5G coverage with voice+SMS.
This is my third experience using the SIM option. Each time, the packages have been excellent, providing a range of options, with the most notable advantage being the competitive prices compared to other packages. The only aspect lacking is a tool or system to accurately track data and call usage. Additionally, some SIM providers do not offer services in English, which can complicate matters if you need to contact them; for instance, some providers exclusively use French.
Very easy to understand and, as someone who has never done this before, I really appreciated how clearly I was walked through HOW to do this. And that they made sure my phone was compatible! The prices are quite reasonable IMHO - better than I expected. Haven't activated/used it yet, but the buying process was excellent. Was recommended by a friend!
