I recently purchased an E*** for use in Vietnam. I downloaded the E*** prior to leaving the US per the instructions supplied and did not activate until I arrived there. Once I turned it on and set my primary *** to the E*** it activated immediately. I had great coverage in the Hanoi , *** *** and *** Long Bay areas. If your phone is capable of using and E*** I would recommend this product as you only have to carry one phone and do not need to swap out your existing *** meaning calls can come through on it as well.

We own and operate a tour company and have purchased sim cards in bulk from you in the past. Unfortunately the sim cards I just ordered were way to expensive due to the high shipping cost and customs charges. So we will purchase from Amazon moving forward.
The product itself was overall very good. Some of the disadvantages were: - The network seemed to fail in a few spots in New York City, which was odd; - No tethering was allowed. Even though this is specified in the product webpage, I believe that info should pop in a more clear way.

I may have misinterpreted features, the product was easy to install , and good value , had it worked, but did not work at all in US, where I was . It did work in Europe though. My mistake , I purchased it after looking for the best e-SIM to use in the States . In Europe it worked properly .

Easy to buy and to setup I purchased a UK e-sim for my 2 weeks trip in London. Speed was flawless throughout my trip
I would recommend that you include clear phone setting instructions - it took my 3 days to get a consultant that could explain correct settings. The only complaint is that their is no easy way to check your balance - more than one consultant advised that my number was not on the system neither could I access info through the app.

Travelling Europe
I used the Orange Holiday Europe 20GBSIM Card Europe on a recent trip to Ireland. I primarily used it as a hotspot for both my US Phone and my wife's. Because the unlocked phone I was using was an older Samsung I setup the APN manually ( APN: orange Username: orange Password: orange) It activated immediately once I turned it on in Ireland. I was also able to make calls to Irish land lines, mobile phones and US mobiles. Coverage was great and it never lost signal. Strongly recommend this product if you are travelling in Europe or Great Britain. Will use again on my next trip there.

Great product not always accurate on the data allocation but I think that’s more to do with the network than them I would recommend them for a very quick fix to obtain more data when in Europe
I used SIMoptions last year when we went to Italy and really happy about the holiday Orange card. I could top it off easily. This year, I will go to Italy again and I bought the ecard holiday Orange. Will see how it go next week. The simoption site is very easy to use and they deliver what they say. I am happy about it.
