Amazing service. Customer service as quick as possible.
Found this great app through Traveltomtom and after reading his reviews and a 10% discount with tom10. I ordered an eSIM for Egypt. It was so easy to do. Now I have a great app for esims when ever I’m going abroad now
I couldn’t get another company’s eSIM to connect. Very frustrating. Decided to try SimOptions and it worked right away. So happy to be able to use data with WiFi.
Great and easy experience.
Works perfectly in the USA, and the price is among the best I've found
This time it was effortless! Took like 5 minutes altogether. I used the app, made my purchase, installed right away and everything worked smoothly!!

good price and worked well
Live person chat was quick and very helpful
Great esim provider!
As a first time user, this app is easy and intuitive to use and get what I need. No technical problems at all. I recommend it particularly if you are going to numerous countries.
Good price and worked well. Though I wasn't sure if it was set up correctly at first since no confirmation email or anything. But I had more service than other people who used their international phone plans.
This e sim is super easy to use and to reload. it was a little slow to get started for the first few days but now it works perfectly fine and is way less expensive than an international plan
good experience!
Easy to get 2 sims cards before our trip.
The process was easy and installation on my iPhone SE was smooth as well. I seemed to rip through the data quite quickly, which is probably not the fault of the SIM (haha). I didn't need to get a sim with a phone number, but it was the best value so I went with it.
Purchasing the esims was super easy online and the price was very good. It's nice to have that taken care of before we leave on our trip to Italy! It's good to know we'll be connected and be able to use the Internet and WhatsApp to communicate with friends and family no matter where we are.
I used to rely on pocket WiFi devices for connectivity in Europe, but this time I decided to try an eSIM. The entire process was seamless -- everything worked as expected, and as a bonus I got a French phone number that turned out to be really handy to make restaurant reservations!
I always use SimOptions. I had bad experiences when I tries other companies. Always returning to SimOptions. For me, they are the best!
Seamless experience so far so good
easy to purchase and at an affordable price, bought for a Washington DC trip, and I can't wait to test it out when arrives
All good haven't opened yet,
Easy to use and the eSIM worked great in no time.
From all of the options out there I find Sim Options the best choice for a variety of plans. Always the cheapest and functions very easily.
Thank you.I bought for the second time.Everything worked well. I'll order again for my next trip!!!
Does the job.
Love this convenient sim card in Europe where I travel to multiple countries
I've been using it for 2 days. Everything's going well
This was the first time that I had considered an eSim for travelling overseas. The price was fantastic so I decided to give this a try and it was so much better value than the overseas prices offered by my UK SIM provider. Installation instructions provided were easy and the SIM was activated on arrival. All worked fine. I will order again for my next trip
simple and easy to use. Price is good too.
Uncomplicated, cheap, fast to set up and no issues whatsoever. Did exactly what I wanted and expected at the price I was shown - can't really ask for more!
Have used sim options in Turkiýe, Bulgaria and Romania. Had to contact support at one stage. Its has all worked well. Support great. eSIM arrived promptly with clear instructions.
