Simplicity itself to choose and purchase a suitable eSim from the range on the site and the app is nice and clear. The email with the QR arrived promptly and loaded. I’m assuming connection will be automatic when I arrive at my destination but if not it seems from other reviews that customer service will be prompt in sorting any issues.
Very fast support chat and it's helpful. I wasn't sure about the process and how to activate, they asked me for several screenshots and confirmed everything. I haven't activated it yet but I'll definitely buy another one for Morocco
I wasn't sure if I'd downloaded the eSIM on my phone, so I contacted SimOptions customer services. They replied quickly and ask for a screenshot, then confirmed it was downloaded. I haven't tried the eSIM yet but they have been very helpful so far, so I will get another for my wife's phone now, ready for our trip to Australia.
Easy to download the app with good value esim options. Installation of the esim was simplicity itself. App has a good UI and is easy to navigate.

I bought SimOptions Europe5GB. I have installed the eSim on my Samsung 24+. I am in Australia and will travel to Europe in April. Until then, I have no experience on using the eSim. I hope it is OK when I get to Europe. I still can buy another SimOptions Europe5GB if necessary.

I haven't got the foggiest clue about European Sims, e or physical. I've come unstuck off my own bat parting company with a load of dough buying and esim that doesn't support hotspots although there's no mention in the hype. I've got a good provider thanks to these people, but, I can't understand a word of french communication (my fault I know). SIM options have replied promptly to my inane ramblings and helped me. When my plan ends there's only one place I'll start at to renew.

I use this app in every country I travel in and it works very well. The only country I had slow connection with was in Okinawa Japan, but Thailand, Bali, Dubai, Malaysia and Philippines all had fast data. Plus it is super easy to install and cheap. Would recommend to others
Good - but I had to search outside of the website to get clarification as to whether sms texting was included. Would like to see greater detail.

we have used esims for our company for out international travel to Germany, Spain, China and USA. The product is great - it works easily and the buying process is simple.
THe coverage is very good (as promised) and works very well. I had 2 issues (that were handled): - setup wasn't as straight-forward (I was not told that I should allow roaming data until I contacted support, but they were very good and fast in responding) - prices can be higher than you wish (for Lebanon and for UAE, prices are higher than expected, so you might want to buy a local card)

Easy to use, I will update this review after a month. But I think this is quite cheap compared to other competitors. This is really useful. Hoping to have more flexibility on the data plans like 3 months or a global coverage but still remaining cheap.
