Found link to SimOptions from MSE (Martin Lewis) website. Purchased a 30 day 5gb sim for trip to US next week. Transaction was effortless and Sim is now ready to go. Not tested as yet but see no reason why a problem should occur - especially as tech savvy daughter is accompanying me. So far so good.
Simple to use and good prices
Travelling in France for 4 weeks. O2 data 25 GB gone quickly looking at local data sims. Never used or considered before. Found sim options. 60 GB Bouygeus sim worked well. Found a little tricky install first time but e mail support good. Used all data , thought could add more to sim. Despite our best efforts on web site , customer services and even visiting a Bouygeus shop . No Joy. Satisfied first sim bought second easier. In own currency not Euros and second install easier with QR code , using two phones instslled on other. Now have another 60!GB for last 10 days holidays. Will use again and consider in other parts world. Would be 5 stars but for top up probs. Martin A

Installation was quick, reception great.
I have used SIM options twice. They have come through where a competitor fell seriously short. There is still a bit of confusion in how to get the SIM up and running on arrival in a host country. I believe but I’m not sure this might have to do with having a steady Internet connection. Unfortunately, airport Wi-Fi doesn’t seem to cut it. Their Customer Service is better than their competitor, but this also could use a little more rapid response. Once up and running it stays constant in areas where there is satellite. The top up feature came in handy during our last trip. I will continue to choose SimOptions and hope to get all the kinks out.

This is a simple site to deal with and everything was very well detailed. On the face of it the pricing looks about right and I like the option of pre-loading the sim which then activates upon landing in Albania.

I've used this service a several times over the years. I only needed assistance twice because I couldn't connect to a provider. The first time their customer service helped me quickly to troubleshoot the problem. Unfortunately my most recent experience I was unable to connect. Customer service was diligently trying to assist and didn't give up and we were patient with each other. Once we knew we were unable to get connected they refunded me. I think it was a provider issue and not their sim so I think my experiences with CS and no runaround with refunding is worth 5 stars.

Purchasing an esim was pretty painless, I did find the supporting information about topping up to be a bit lacking for someone not well versed in the process, especially as topping up can only be done while in France.
The ease of access & multiple options and price points, made this a very pleasant experience compared to the others I have tried. This is now my preferred and only option when I travel internationally!

I like how easy it was to use. It made it the far better choice compared to the rest of the offers available. I liked how quick it made the purchase and the order go through. The website shows the most relevant options to my search which made the experience even better. Overall, the experience was very good.
First time customer. Overall, I thought the website was user friendly and intuitive. For someone that was unfamiliar with the process, it might be nice to make an additional video that goes through some of the other FAQs about what the steps will look like from receiving the email to activating the SIM card. Also, it was a little confusing that some of the marketplace plans were not available on the app. Maybe add more information about that - at least on the app.
I liked that there were options to choose from and they were reasonably priced, especially when compared to the price to access a foreign network through a stateside provider.
