Fast, easy and decent price. I would have liked a better gb option between 12, 30 and 70 and more minutes/texts from europe back to the US. But in general, very easy and better pricing than using Verizon international pass.

How easy was to get and esim. Way better to pay $42.9 for 30 days and 30gb of data than pay Verizon $10 per day, which only gives you a 2GB of daily session then is "enjoy unlimited 3G data". do not confuse this 3G with 3GB. you are going from 5G/4G to 3G

It was easy to understand what you were purchasing. I like the drop-down details. I found each detail informative. Which helped me decide what was my best option. The price was competitive. I believe I downloaded the eSIM properly. It was fast. I was expecting more screens but it jumped to my cellular settings after I selected continue, went to a code section. I went to look for the code in my email and that is when it moved to settings. I was able to determine that it was installed as the phone number was correct and changed the title to where I was travelling to.
Clear instructions, good explanations of technology itself, ways to use it, video, a lot of infromation for users of various levels and good plans. Its took me seconds to find information I needed and make a purchase for my travel.

Show simple do's and don'ts when using in the foreign country, to reassure customers that they will not face surcharges from the uk operator eg. Can I use to receive and respond to emails?

I liked the options available and the ability to specify a country. To improve it you might add sorting functionality such as "number of days" or "data only"/"calls only"/"data and calls" to better narrow down the options.
Now that I've bought the same esim 3 times, it was convenient to jump directly to the purchase. However, I was surprised that I wasn't offered any other configurations (say, 21 days or a different amount of GB).
We have now used this site for vacation eSims for Europe twice. The first time was easy and work without any problems.

It would be nice to be able to filter results by duration, etc. I know I'm going to be gone for 21 days, so a 7 day sim card offer is useless to me. I know from experience that I will need at least 10gb and would like to have the option to top up. I don't care about brand, but some people might.

Very informative.. I might suggest putting what currency you are paying in. Or having an option to view in one's own currency so there are no surprises when the credit card is charged. The layout of the page is neat and easy to follow. The comparison all in one place made it so much more convenient, and I was able to check one more thing off my list quickly.
It was simple to find a plan that will work for my travels. Within a few minutes, I was able to compare plans and pick the best one for me. This is the second time I have used SIM options to buy an eSIM for international travel. I only wish there was a function to compare side-by-side (but this might already be available on a desktop - I used the mobile site).

For example, Orange currently offers, as confirmed by your rep in chat, unlimited unrestricted tether yet that was not seen in benefits of that eSim.
It would help if there was more currency transparency. I would also prefer to be able to buy a plan that lasts 60 days, or can be extended, so that I don't need two plans/eSims and two different numbers while I ama way.
Easy to use. Good alternatives to choose from. You should offer an unlimited package for weekly usage so as not to worry about how much is 10 GB vs 12 GB on a 4 or 5 network...Nowadays, when you are travelling internationally, you shouldn't be worried about this type of details. Just offer a full inclusive package.

The Website worked easily. You have to look at the T&Cs to see that the payment is done in US Dollars/Euros so I'm expecting a foreign currency transaction fee on my Credit Card.

The fact that you can have datas in your phone from distances is awsome but, i dont know ehy but all the ads i get from the web or youtube are in a completely different languange which makes it annoying sometimes, but yeah great experiemcr and all and i do recomend it because compared to other sites the cost is really cheap
I have read somewhere that the Orange holiday esim card offered the hotspot. This was essential for me. I would have liked to see it in the summary description of all your cards. This would have allowed me to compare offers from the other cards you are proposing.

Great Travel eSIM for Europe! My wife and I have used their service multiple times, and it works great. Activate via the free Airport WiFi upon arrival, or at your hotel. Just be aware that you will receive text messages (and sometimes phone calls) in French. Those are mostly to remind you that the eSIM will expire after 30 days of activation, or to register your name and address after that time frame, due to Government regulation.
It's fast and convenient and I know the program works because I used it last year. I would make an observation about using the Bouygues esim. I did the setup here in California and as soon as I arrived at CDG the number activated no problem. After about 3 days I began to receive text messages that my number would stop working if I didn't contact Bouygues. It freaked me out, because I had paid. Turns out after going into a Bouygues shop in Toulouse the customer service rep, a nice young man, read those texts and told me not to worry about them, just ignore them. I was skeptical, but nothing happened to my number and it worked until I left. I think new customers need to know this in advance. Those texts really meant, that after 30 days it would stop working if I didn't give them my national credentials. I have done that in Germany many times so I understand the process.
I could be more direct on how activation works, and clear about the fact that it will not begin until I land. Nice to know it can be purchased in advance.

There were plenty of eSIM options to choose from and the payment page was clear. If you click on all the “arrows” below each sim option you get clearer details of what each esim option provides. Overall there are good deals/plans to choose from. Most of the Europe plans provide service in 39 countries which should suffice most travelers.
I like the fact that there are several options for length of time needed, and the other choices for text and / or voice calls to be included in the package. I have used the website previously with good results.

I used SimOptions to purchase an eSIM for my trip to Italy last year. I just bought the exact same one for the same price this year as well! Very easy to set up and no issues with internet connection in Italy. I bought the Buoygues eSIM Vacation Prepaid Plan 30GB. It’s worth it getting the version to make unlimited calls within Europe. Most businesses and restaurants are not set up to receive WhatsApp calls or messages. The call package is worth the extra $10 or so.
