Did the research and decided to go with the big boy on the block. The upgrade to 100 gigs clinched it for me.
The website was easy to navigate and to see several options for purchase. The purchase process was quick and I had my eSim delivered right away.
This is my first time buying an eSIM so it was extremely helpful to be able to review all the options for the UK and Iceland and find a good deal.
Easy to buy - confirmation email including QR code and instructions received immediately. Can't think of an easier way to spend (a small amount of) money
It was really easy to decide between options and compare choices. The only thing I would suggest is having a filter option on the mobile platform, otherwise it was perfect.

Great Travel eSIM for Europe! My wife and I have used their service multiple times, and it works great. Activate via the free Airport WiFi upon arrival, or at your hotel. Just be aware that you will receive text messages (and sometimes phone calls) in French. Those are mostly to remind you that the eSIM will expire after 30 days of activation, or to register your name and address after that time frame, due to Government regulation.
It's fast and convenient and I know the program works because I used it last year. I would make an observation about using the Bouygues esim. I did the setup here in California and as soon as I arrived at CDG the number activated no problem. After about 3 days I began to receive text messages that my number would stop working if I didn't contact Bouygues. It freaked me out, because I had paid. Turns out after going into a Bouygues shop in Toulouse the customer service rep, a nice young man, read those texts and told me not to worry about them, just ignore them. I was skeptical, but nothing happened to my number and it worked until I left. I think new customers need to know this in advance. Those texts really meant, that after 30 days it would stop working if I didn't give them my national credentials. I have done that in Germany many times so I understand the process.
I could be more direct on how activation works, and clear about the fact that it will not begin until I land. Nice to know it can be purchased in advance.

Would be nice if you offer customized options like: Japan 3 days, unlimited GB or 6 Days, 10 GB, something like that, I mean If the user can select the different options.
The online chat service is super prompt. I pinged them several times, Even on Sunday and they responded swiftly. Lets see how the esim turns up.

There were plenty of eSIM options to choose from and the payment page was clear. If you click on all the “arrows” below each sim option you get clearer details of what each esim option provides. Overall there are good deals/plans to choose from. Most of the Europe plans provide service in 39 countries which should suffice most travelers.
I like the fact that there are several options for length of time needed, and the other choices for text and / or voice calls to be included in the package. I have used the website previously with good results.
Lots of details in description compare to other competitors, easy to find information and website easy to navigate. When possible, this will always be my first choice.

I used SimOptions to purchase an eSIM for my trip to Italy last year. I just bought the exact same one for the same price this year as well! Very easy to set up and no issues with internet connection in Italy. I bought the Buoygues eSIM Vacation Prepaid Plan 30GB. It’s worth it getting the version to make unlimited calls within Europe. Most businesses and restaurants are not set up to receive WhatsApp calls or messages. The call package is worth the extra $10 or so.

Websight is great but my most suited plans were only 14 days, I needed at least 21 days
I liked I could easily see all the eSim available for traveling. I would have liked to have a filter to list those items that are valid for 15 days or for 30 days so I could compare them easily and not go through all the list trying to find similar items and then compare them. An even better feature would be to have a table showing all the options for each eSim so they can be compared quickly and make the buying process quicker.
Would be helpful to be able to search/filter by options such as whether includes SMS, supports 5G, etc. If there was a filter capability for this I could not find it.
easy to find the perfect plan : it's clear which options are included (data, calls, sms, duration), and it's in increasing order of pricing. The additional information for each option can be opened if needed (for instance to verify the countries covered) but doesn't overload the page when unopened.
I think it's a great service, but I find it strange that the options on the website are different to the options on the app. And also frustrating that cards purchased on the web don't show up in my account on the the app. It wouldn't stop me using the service again, just my feedback :)
The CHAT option was good, however, it took a few minutes to receive an answer. The information was clear and appears to answer all of my concerns. Looking forward to how the eSIM works.
Hard for me to figure out initially. Wanted 100GB’s but they only had those for 28 days so just got 14 day one.

All good, but you should clearly display the currency. I'm shopping from Canada and it took some time for me to figure out whether the prices were quoted in CAD or USD.
Each plan is explained in detail, whatever you want to know about the plan is there, GB, countries , what it includes and what it doesn't. Easy to navigate through.

Would be useful to add « USD » after prices: coming from Canada, I’ve only realized at the end it was not my currency :( Information about top ups is not always accurate: I had an offer from O2 at the end of my deal even if the Simoptions website indicated there was none.

I like it provided the option to change languages to better understand the options. The plan is also good value for the money as it offers calls and data in excess of what's offered by other providers. The checkout process was smooth and didn't see any issues. It was a bit ** to find compared to other options.
