everything works fine. i order back in april 24 through may 2nd a 3GB card for under $10 and this will be my second time to use. i put them on my phone before i fly to europe and they seem to work when i land. everything seems to work well and i am happy. I bought an eSIM from simoptions before I unlocked my phone, so I decided to try to get a refund instead of unlocking my phone. They refunded within a couple of days, no problems there. I decided to unlock my phone, so I bought a plan from SIMoptions and they made it all very fast and easy to setup! 10/10 would recommend for anyone traveling to Europe!

Nice layout, options were explained well, as was the process for installing the e-sim. I don't travel until tomorrow but I was able to set it up today, so that I will have the service I need as soon as I hit the ground at my destination. No more fumbling about with physical sim cards. The thing to do would be to ask me again in a month, after my trip.

Worked very well. Make sure you have secure wifi before completing set up. This can require forethought and planning when travelling,

Try out different data packages but I am very happy with my first experience. Got another one for Canada, first one was for the UK and it worked well.

Generally good. I just had to confirm the 50GB is an esim, as it was not 100% clear in the details - and not many providers have 60days esim.

This is my third experience using the SIM option. Each time, the packages have been excellent, providing a range of options, with the most notable advantage being the competitive prices compared to other packages. The only aspect lacking is a tool or system to accurately track data and call usage. Additionally, some SIM providers do not offer services in English, which can complicate matters if you need to contact them; for instance, some providers exclusively use French.

Very easy to understand and, as someone who has never done this before, I really appreciated how clearly I was walked through HOW to do this. And that they made sure my phone was compatible! The prices are quite reasonable IMHO - better than I expected. Haven't activated/used it yet, but the buying process was excellent. Was recommended by a friend!

Wide range of options meeting different needs are available on the website. All options are well-detailed. Easy to navigate and choose the option that suits me best. The website is straight forward. It is easy to see your options and select what you need. Search the location where you are going and you will be given options. There are single country options and multi country options. Above all the e-sim works just as described and is easy. If you are traveling this is a lifesaver.

I recommend the product for an individual travelling, easy to set up and internet worked well. However I required to use the eSIM with a vpn for work which is why I needed the 15gb. Unfortunately, you are not permitted to use a vpn while using this product. Otherwise I was very happy with the purchase, note to self read the fine print or email their customer support to ask first, as they quickly responded.

After thirty minutes or so it worked ok for Italy France and Germany. It didn't work in Switzerland and this is probably my fault for not reading the country list more thoroughly

This is the only eSim service I've used now during our ** travels that lasted for 3 months and had no issues. The speeds can always be a it faster, but that is not under your control..Will definitely recommend as a reliable eSim service for travellers.

Fantastic and easy to use. Instant delivery of eSIM directions. To improve, there was an issue with the PDF upon delivery. It was not showing up on my email client. I was eventually able to download the file but it wasn't recognized as a .pdf. So I had to force it to open with a PDF client. Other than that small hurdle (and it wasn't that much), everything was perfect!
